Houston Dynamo edges Isidro Metapan 1-0 – Video Highlights

The Dynamo got off to a good start with a 1-0 win aggainst Isidro Metapan thanks to a second half Brian Ching goal. Houston was the better side in the match and had chances to make it a larger margin but Metapan held strong defensively to keep it close.

Arabe Unido crushes Pachua 4-1 – Video Highlights

Arabe Unido had an impressive 4-1 victory at home against Pachuca to open the group stage. Arabe got a 3-0 lead before Pachuca was able to get one back but that’s as close as they would get. Rodriguez, Mendieta, Lewin, and Mosquera scored the goals for Arabe Unido while Pachuca’s goal was from Aguilar.

Cruz Azul beats Saprissa 2-0 – Video Highlights

Riveros (14th minute) and Huiqui (36th minute) provided the goals for Cruz Azul as they won their first match in the group stage at home against Saprissa. The Mexican side was in control for most of the match and looks to have a great chance to make the knockout stage.
