An Online Petition To Bring Back Special 1 TV

The fan favorite series on soccer/football, Special 1 TV, has been cancelled by Setanta Sports. This is due to the fact Setanta folded operations in the UK and had financial troubles. Currently, Special 1 TV is not in production and has not been picked up by any other network. There’s been speculation that it will be picked up by another network (ESPN, BBC, Sky Sports) but these are just rumors.

The 90th Minute Soccer Blog has started an online petition to bring back Special 1 TV. The petition can be found online at ipetitions and hopefully can provide some small impact in bring the beloved series back for many more season.
