FC Barcelona had a letdown as they lost to Rubin Kazan 1-2 on Tuesday in the UEFA Champions League. The visitors took the lead in the 2nd minute with a goal from AleksandrRyazantsev. The Spanish champions would tie it up early in the second half as Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored in the 48th minute.
At this point, it seemed that Barca would take over but Rubin Kazan hung around and surprised with another goal. In the 73rd minute, Karadeniz Gokdeniz scored in the 73rd minute to give Kazan a 2-1 lead. They would hold onto it and shock the defending Champions.
Barcelona are still in good shape to qualify for the knockout stage and the loss should be a wake-up call.

What a disgrace for Barca .. Lots of tiki taka passing but no goals. I think barca will have to change their overall strategy everyone has learned their signature passing game and it is becoming harder for them to score. Thank god for Ibra
