The Red Devils recovered from a poor first half to beat Southampton and move into the 5th round of the FA Cup.
Southampton would play a solid match and surprise by taking the lead in the 45th minute. Richard Chaplow would take a great first touch into the box and score with a shot past the goalkeeper. The home side led 1-0 heading into the second half.
Manchester United would make a few substitutions in the second half and play much better. Michael Owen scored in the 65th minute to make it 1-1 and Javier Hernandez made it 1-2 in the 75th minute. The quality of Man Utd was the difference in the second halfas Southampton struggled to get possession or clear cut chances.
The draw for the 5th round will take place tomorrow.
