What it means is that it’ll make it difficult to select the team I would have liked, and we will have to make more changes than I otherwise would. But this does mean there will be opportunities for others.I said to the players on Saturday that it was their chance to show me they wanted to keep the shirt – now some others will get that chance, and it’s up to them to do well to stay in the team.”

“They (Leeds) are two divisions above us and they are expected to beat us. They had a heavy defeat at Southampton on Saturday, so they will be expected to bounce back by beating us comfortably and progressing. I have told my players that, I have told them that the pressure is going to all be on them (Leeds). It is important that we try and keep Leeds’ fans quiet for the first 20-25 minutes especially and then build from there. Anything can happen in a cup competition, and they’ll be one shock at least in that competition tomorrow night – why can’t it be us? Why can’t it be Bradford at Elland Road?”
