Borussia Dortmund clinched the title, Bayern Munich won at Werder Bremen, and Leverkusen edged Hoffenheim in the German Bundesliga on April 21, 2012.

FC Cologne 1-1 VfB Stuttgart

Cologne took an early second half lead with a 49th minute Slawomir Peszko goal but Stuttgart equalized with a 70th minute Cacau goal.

Hertha Berlin 1-2 Kaiserslautern

A little too late for Kaiserslautern who will are in last place and will be relegated. Oliver Klitch (26th minute) and Andrew Wooten (37th minute) provided Kaiserslautern’s goals while Berlin’s Peter Niemeyer made it 1-2 in the 60th minute.

FC Nuremberg 1-1 Hamburg SV

A valuable point for Hamburg who are now five points clear of the bottom three. Heung-Min Son scored in the 59th minute for Hamburg but Nuremberg’s Daniel Didavi replied in the 63rd minute.

TSG Hoffenheim 0-1 Bayer Leverkusen

Leverkusen’s Andre Schurrle score the lone goal in the 78th minute. Hoffenheim had a chance to level the match but Sejad Salihovic missed a penalty kick.

Werder Bremen 1-2 Bayern Munich

Naldo scored the opening goal for Bremen but later scored an own goal to make it 1-1. Bayern’s Franck Ribery scored the match winner in the 89th minute.

Borussia Dortmund 2-0 Borussia Monchengladbach

Dortmund clinched the Bundesliga title with another victory. Ivan Perisic (22nd minute) and Shinji Kagawa (59th minute) provided the goals.
